Once you approve the proposal, we get to work. Our team performs the takeoff, applies current pricing, and builds your complete estimate or bid package. We'll reach out if we have questions or need clarification on scope.

Delivery & Revisions

COMMON QUESTIONS
How fast can you turn around an estimate?
Most estimates are delivered within 24–72 hours of receiving your plans and approving our proposal. Rush turnaround (same day or next morning) is available for an additional fee — just let us know your deadline.
What plan formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, DWG, DXF, and most standard image formats. If you have paper plans, a clear scan or photo set will work. The higher the resolution, the better the accuracy.
Do you work on projects outside of Florida?
Yes. We work entirely online and serve contractors and developers nationwide. Location doesn't affect our turnaround or pricing.
What if my plans change after I receive the estimate?
Plan changes happen. We'll requote any revision based on the scope of the change — minor adjustments are often covered under your included revisions, larger scope changes may require a supplemental fee.
Can you work directly with my GC or owner?
Yes. We can deliver estimates directly to your GC, owner, or project manager, and we're comfortable participating in pre-bid meetings or scope review calls as needed.
