Dirt Dynasty Construction LLC provides estimating, quantity takeoff, bid preparation, earthwork calculation, and project planning services. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Dirt Dynasty Construction LLC does not perform the physical construction, excavation, grading, hauling, site work, or other field work associated with projects evaluated through the Site.

Estimates, takeoffs, calculations, bid preparation, and other information provided by Dirt Dynasty Construction LLC are based on the plans, specifications, measurements, quantities, photographs, documents, and other information available or supplied at the time the Services are performed. Actual field conditions, quantities, material requirements, labor requirements, pricing, and project costs may differ from estimates or calculations provided.

The specific scope, price, deliverables, and terms of any paid estimating or project planning service provided by Dirt Dynasty Construction LLC will be governed by the applicable written proposal, order, or service agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and that written agreement, the written agreement will control.

The Site may include content provided by third parties. Dirt Dynasty Construction LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party content and does not endorse any third-party information posted on the Site.
